Agency-side work for Microsoft through HSV Digital
HSV Digital for Microsoft · Enterprise and partner GTM
Building Microsoft Copilot GTM for partners and enterprise buyers
At HSV Digital, I worked agency-side on Microsoft enterprise programs spanning Copilot positioning, AI readiness, partner enablement, customer advocacy, adoption workshops, and campaign formats.

- Head of Content
- Focus
- Enterprise GTM, segmentation, partner enablement, customer advocacy, workshops, and creative direction
- Program outcomes

The problem
Generic AI messaging was being used across industries, functions, partners, sellers, and customers. Technical and security audiences needed different proof, use cases, and adoption guidance.
What I owned
Audience segmentation, messaging, campaign planning, content strategy, partner and seller assets, workshop content, customer-story formats, and creative direction. All of this was agency-side work delivered for Microsoft through HSV Digital.
Key decisions
- Segmented messaging by function and industry instead of relying on one general enterprise persona.
- Put security and deployment questions earlier in the AI-adoption conversation.
- Built material partners could localize without changing the core message.
- Reused customer evidence across sales, partner, and public channels.
- Tested interactive video, animated mailers, microsites, and direct mail alongside standard assets.

What I learned
Enterprise adoption work becomes stronger when the buyer, seller, and partner receive the same core argument adapted to the decision each of them has to make.
